Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms govern your purchase of products from Venue Digital Systems ('we', 'us', 'our') through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Orders & Acceptance

An order placed through this website is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by processing your payment and emailing an order confirmation. Until that point, we may decline or cancel any order — for example if pricing or stock is incorrect, if the product is unavailable, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but if an error occurs we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner. Your card details never touch our servers.

3. Title & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Legal ownership (title) passes once the full purchase price has been received in cleared funds.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, courier schedules, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays. If you are unavailable to receive a delivery, the courier will advise on redelivery or collection. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once goods have shipped, cancellation is treated as a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act. Please review that policy for the return window, condition requirements, and how refunds are processed.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the product documentation. We pass through the manufacturer's warranty to you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your purchase.

9. Finance & Quotes

Finance applications are subject to our Finance Application Terms and approval by our finance partner. Quotes are subject to our Quote Request Terms and are not binding until accepted by us in writing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one displayed on this page at the time you placed the order. We recommend reviewing these terms before each purchase.
