Finance Application Terms

These terms apply when you apply for asset finance through Venue Digital Systems. By submitting an application you confirm you have read and understood them.

1. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application is a request for finance, not an approved facility. Approval is at the sole discretion of our finance partner and is subject to credit and affordability assessment.

2. Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, complete information. This includes your contact details and, depending on applicant type, company registration, time in business, employment, salary, and supporting documents such as bank statements and ID copies.

3. Consent to Share & Verify

You consent to us sharing your application information with our finance partner for the purpose of assessing your application. You consent to the partner performing verification and credit checks as part of that assessment, where applicable under the National Credit Act.

4. Data Retention

We retain application documents for the period needed to process and (if applicable) administer the facility, and thereafter as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Accuracy of Documents

You confirm that any documents you upload are authentic and belong to you or your business. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection and could be reported.

6. Finance Terms

Any finance facility offered will be governed by a separate agreement between you and the finance partner. Those terms — interest, term, fees — are set by the partner and are not part of this website's sale terms.

7. No Obligation

You are under no obligation to proceed with a facility offered to you. Equally, we are under no obligation to offer finance.
