Quote Request Terms

These terms apply when you request a quote from Venue Digital Systems. By submitting a quote request you agree to them.

1. Quotes Are Not Binding

A quote is an estimate provided in good faith based on the information you give us and pricing at the time. It is not a binding contract. No contract is formed until you accept the quote in writing and we confirm acceptance.

2. Validity

Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After that, pricing is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to stock availability and currency fluctuation, particularly for imported equipment. If a product becomes unavailable or its cost changes materially before you accept, we'll advise and offer alternatives.

4. Accuracy of Your Information

The accuracy of our quote depends on the information you provide. If details change (venue size, requirements, timeline), the quote may need to be revised.

5. No Obligation

Requesting a quote places you under no obligation to purchase. We are under no obligation to issue a quote, though we'll always try to help.

6. Your Information

We use the details you provide to prepare and respond to your quote, as described in our Privacy Policy.
