Zoom H5studio Handy Recorder

The Zoom H5studio is built for professional creators, with the largest mics Zoom has put on a handy recorder: 19.4 mm X/Y capsules with 140 dB max SPL. Its two locking XLR/TRS inputs use Zoom F-series preamps (-127 dBu EIN) with +48V phantom power and +4 dBu line level, and dual AD converters with 32-bit float deliver a 132 dB dynamic range. Dedicated gain knobs, advanced look-ahead limiters and RF shielding let you choose between clip-free 32-bit float and ready-to-use 16/24-bit files. Record up to six tracks (four individual tracks plus a stereo mix) at sample rates from 44.1 to 192 kHz, and watch real-time waveforms on the full-colour LCD. The 3.0 capsule system supports 32-bit float and accepts options such as the EXH-6e dual XLR/TRS input capsule and SSH-6e mid-side shotgun capsule, and a 3.5 mm stereo input with plug-in power is also provided.
