Allen & Heath Qu-6

The Allen & Heath Qu-6 is the mid-sized model in the new Qu range, keeping the familiar Qu form factor while moving to a 96kHz XCVI FPGA core with under 0.7ms of latency. It handles 38 inputs to mix (32 mono/linkable and three stereo), 12 mixes, four matrix outputs and the main LR. Local I/O includes 24 XLR/jack combi mic/line inputs, a talkback input, two stereo line inputs, 16 XLR outputs and an AES3 digital output, all controlled from 25 motorized 100mm faders, four customizable layers, eight SoftKeys and a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen. Designed for live sound, houses of worship, schools and studio use, the Qu-6 includes six multi-FX engines with dedicated stereo returns, a Gain Assistant, a Feedback Assistant with up to 16 filters per mix, and a 32-channel automatic mic mixer, with optional DEEP Processing add-ons from dLive. Recording options include a 32x32 USB-C audio interface, multitrack recording to SD card of up to 32 tracks at 48kHz, and stereo capture over USB-A. A 128x128 SLink port provides expansion with Everything I/O stage boxes, while free apps add remote mixing.
