Allen & Heath GX4816 Audio Expander

The Allen & Heath GX4816 is a high-capacity 96kHz audio expander designed to provide remote I/O expansion for SQ, Avantis, and dLive mixing systems, as well as AHM audio matrix processors. It features 48 dLive-grade mic preamps with independent phantom power indicators and 16 balanced XLR line outputs, all housed in a robust 5U rack-mountable chassis. Beyond its primary I/O, the GX4816 includes two DX ports that allow for the connection of up to four additional DX expanders, further scaling the system's capabilities. It offers plug-and-play connectivity via a single Cat5e cable and supports direct connection to the ME Personal Mixing System when used with SQ or Avantis consoles, making it a versatile hub for large-scale live sound and installation environments.
