Agera Acoustics HE-83 Triple 8-inch Passive Installation Speaker

The Agera Acoustics HE-83 is the flagship of Agera's High Energy Series, a high-output passive full-range speaker for installations that need maximum SPL and extended coverage. Developed over 15 months, the series is aimed at demanding foreground and high-energy applications. The HE-83 uses three 8-inch low/mid drivers with 38 mm voice coils and neodymium magnets plus twelve 1-inch silk diaphragm tweeters, crossing over at 2 kHz. Frequency response is 65 Hz to 18 kHz (-10 dB), sensitivity is 93 dB and maximum SPL is 127 dB, with power handling of 350W continuous and 1400W peak and 100 x 55 degree dispersion. As part of the High Energy Series, the HE-83 is built for clarity, durability and long-term reliability in fixed installations. Phoenix connectors provide secure installation wiring, and a wall mount bracket is included for positioning. The 8-ohm impedance suits a wide range of amplifier setups. The enclosure measures 21 x 76.5 x 25 cm and weighs about 12 kg. It suits houses of worship, clubs, bars and high-energy venues, hotels and hospitality venues, gyms and fitness centres, large entertainment spaces and school halls and auditoriums.
